Shipping options may vary depending on weight, item size, and delivery address.
If when you place your order, you cannot select or view a specific shipping option, it means that this option is not available for your address or for the selected item because it does not meet certain criteria such as size, category, availability of the product.The system will automatically identify the shipping option available during the ordering process.
The delivery times indicated are provided exclusively as an indication and start from the moment the item is shipped.
Shipping Options: Standard Shipping: 5-18 days
The delivery speed varies according to the request and can be up to 35 days in exceptional cases.
Covid-19: shipping delays of up to 20-30 days
Any delay in delivery caused by factors that do not depend on the will of the seller will will not result in the cancellation of the order. The seller cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from such delay.
However, if 35 days from the indicative date of delivery the goods have not yet been delivered for reasons not deriving from force majeure, the sale may be canceled and the buyer will be refunded the purchase price without this being able to give the right to further compensation.
The seller is relieved in all respects from any liability in the event of force majeure or events such as: lockout, strike, epidemic, war, requisition, fire, flood, technical accident, delay in transport or any other event that involves the partial or total cessation of activity for the seller and / or its suppliers. In the above situations, the seller will inform the buyer in good time.
Any delay in delivery due to force majeure will entail, at the choice of the seller, the cancellation of the sale or the extension of the delivery time / making available of the goods, without any of the parties being able to claim the right to further compensation. In all cases, delivery within the agreed time will be possible only if the buyer has fulfilled his obligations towards the seller.
